Susquehanna Union Green—Phase IIG

York Excavating Company (YEC) is progressing on Susquehanna Union Green – Phase IIG, performing sitework for a new orthopedic facility.

The project includes site development for the new building, featuring installation of a segmental block retaining wall with a railing system, a large underground storm system, curbing, and asphalt paving. The building pad has been delivered and the retaining wall constructed, with foundation work and underground utilities set to begin by late January. Construction began in Fall 2025 and is expected to be completed in Fall 2026.
