Groff Julius

York Excavating Company (YEC) is underway on the Groff Julius project at 6549 Davidsburg Road in Dover, PA, providing sitework for an office building expansion in partnership with Keller Contracting. The project includes demolition, sand mound installation, basin installation, storm drainage improvements, and asphalt paving to support the expansion. Construction began in December 2025 and is expected to be completed in June 2026.
