Cardinal Court Development

York Excavating Company (YEC) is underway on the Cardinal Court project, providing sitework for a 23-unit single-family home subdivision in partnership with Landmark Homes.

The project includes the installation of sanitary and storm drainage systems, along with the construction of a roadway and cul-de-sac to support the development. Work began in December 2025 and is expected to be completed in Fall 2026.
