Kensington Development— Phase 1

York Excavating Company (YEC) is underway on Kensington Phase 1 in Red Lion, PA, providing site development services for a new residential community in partnership with Keystone Custom Homes.

The project includes mass grading and infrastructure construction to support 40 single-family homes, marking the initial phase of a two-phase development. Work began in Fall 2025 and is expected to be completed in Fall 2026. Key site features include a large, multi-tiered infiltration bed system intended to support effective stormwater management.
