York Excavating Company worked with the developer through a site prime contract to develop the site of this new apartment building community.
Project scope included installation & maintenance of erosion & sediment controls, clearing, mass grading, segmental block retaining wall systems, sanitary sewer and water installation, stormwater conveyance, fine grading and pouring of concrete curbs, fine grading and installation of concrete & asphalt stone bases, pouring of rigid concrete pavement and sidewalks, asphalt paving, completion of PennDot Roadway Improvements, and installation of various site amenities such as bollards, fencing, guiderail, line painting and signage.
